Return policy

We offer a 30-day exchange & return policy. This means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receiving it. We will issue you a full refund for the price you paid for the item(s) or help you exchange the item(s).

You can also return your item(s) to one of our own Helly Hansen brand stores and our staff will help you exchange the item (s). Find the nearest Helly Hansen brand store here (Helly Hansen brand stores are marked with a HH-logo in the list)

Please note that exchanges can only be made with the store's local assortment.

We accept returns if:

• The Products are unwashed and not used in any way
• The product is in its original, undamaged packing (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
• All tags are attached
• You are allowed to try garment or shoes on for fit, unless we have indicated otherwise (but you cannot wear them)
• The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned)
• You have kept your proof of postage - in case the return is lost in transit

How to return a product:

For us to be able to process a return we need to log it through our customer service. This is what you have to do:

• Call your country-specific Helly Hansen eCommerce Customer Service number (see list below)
• Get your return-number, shipment-label and further instructions from customer service
• Send the product back to the address on the label. Some countries offer pick-up at your door as well.
• Keep your proof of postage.

IMPORTANT: If you send us your returns without contacting customer service and acquiring the return-number we may not be able to process your return, and cannot guarantee a refund.
